participate

Look over the events and choose a few that work with your schedule.
We try to match participants with an event as close as possible to their home. However, you’re welcome to apply for any event that interests you!

After choosing an event, scroll to the bottom of the event page and apply to attend!

If you’re approved and matched with an event, please complete the pre-event checklist.
*Even if you’ve attended an event in the past, please complete this step for each event you participate in as policies and procedures may have changed.

2026 Nautique Regattas
Join Wake for Warriors at the 2026 Nautique Regattas!
Nautique has teamed up with the WWA to host several world-class Regatta events across North America—exclusive and FREE for Nautique owners! These weekends are packed with epic experiences, including on-water demos with Nautique athletes, the legendary Tie-Up, Grom Fest competitions, and off-water fun like poker runs and themed banquets. Come celebrate the Nautique lifestyle, connect with fellow boat owners, and make lasting memories. Don’t miss out—mark your calendar and join us on the water!

Wake for Warriors is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing water-based recreational therapy to veterans and active-duty military personnel with service-related injuries. Our mission is to enhance the lives of these individuals through adaptive water sports and community support.

Wake for Warriors programs are open to veterans and active-duty military personnel. Personnel with service-related injuries have priority. Participants may have physical disabilities, PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, or other conditions resulting from their service.

Fill out the application form to be considered for our programs. We encourage veterans and military personnel to reach out and express their interest in experiencing the healing power of water sports.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors and sponsors, there is no cost for veterans and military personnel to participate in Wake for Warriors programs. We are committed to providing these experiences at no expense to our participants.
